Cancellation Policy

Booking amount is Non-Refundable, but can be utilized as a Credit Note in case of cancellation before 21 Days from departure date.

If you fail to show up on the day of departure, you are not eligible for a refund.

In cases of government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides, or other unforeseen circumstances, there will be no refund. However, we usually have backup plans prepared.

If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.
