Welcome to TripNaari. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Eligibility Travellers must be 18 years or older to book independently. Participants below 18 years may travel only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. For girls aged 12 years and above, written guardian consent may be required before confirmation. 2. Traveller Code of Conduct All travellers are expected to: Respect local culture, traditions, and community guidelines. Maintain courteous behaviour toward fellow travellers, hosts, guides, and staff. Refrain from the use of illegal drugs, intoxicating substances, harassment, abuse, discrimination, or any unsafe conduct. TripNaari reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour threatens the safety, comfort, or well-being of others, without refund. 3. Changes Due to Safety & Operational Reasons TripNaari may modify the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or activities due to weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, safety concerns, or operational requirements. Wherever possible, travellers will be informed at least 12 hours in advance. 4. Force Majeure TripNaari shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Severe weather conditions Natural disasters Political unrest or curfews Strikes Epidemics or pandemics Government restrictions Transportation disruptions In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives, reschedule services, or process refunds in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. 6. Booking,Cancellations & Refunds Refunds and cancellation charges will be governed by the TripNaari Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy applicable to the booked trip. 7. Liability Limitation TripNaari acts as a travel organiser and coordinates services provided by hotels, transport operators, activity providers, and local partners. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for independent acts, omissions, accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, or personal expenses arising during the trip, except where required by applicable law. 8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with TripNaari services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
